Hello Friend,

As a past candidate and critic in the shadow cabinet, I'm thrilled to be
moving forward with an eye into the future. It's the party's core values of
climate action, social justice, and ecological thinking, I wholeheartedly
support the Green Party of Canada.

Living in Massett B.C., we see the impacts of housing shortages and
systemic racism in areas including health and corporate bias. From high
costs of rental units and lack of housing availability to food security
issues arising from climate change and trawlers impacting the ocean floors,
the impacts are devastating to rural and remote communities. Changing the
status quo and practising respect and reciprocity is the shift we need. As
a young Indigenous woman in northwest B.C., I can no longer be silent.
Knowing that I am part of a community that wants to do the work to put us
on the right path to reconciliation keeps me motivated!

I’M OPTIMISTIC ABOUT OUR FUTURE!. AND I AM OPTIMISTIC THAT IF YOU JOIN ME
AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER MEMBERS WE WILL BE ABLE TO DELIVER ON OUR CORE
VALUES FOR ALL CANADIANS IN 2022.
