Last fall, Canadians chose to send our Liberal team back to work with a third mandate, and the final weeks of 2021 were filled with important progress.

Our Liberal government is continuing to take strong action to keep Canadians safe and supported as we finish the fight against COVID-19, we’re moving forward with more affordable child care spaces for families across the country, the House of Commons unanimously passed Liberal legislation banning the harmful practice of conversion ‘therapy’, and there’s still much more work ahead of us.


As we kick off 2022, we’ll continue our work to invest in Canadians, move faster on the path of reconciliation, take bolder climate action, grow a more resilient economy, and keep Canada moving forward – for everyone.
