So here’s what I’m going to do on DAY 1 as Governor to reverse this trend and Save Our State before it’s too late:
1) I’m going to remove ALL COVID-related mask and vaccine mandates that we’ve already seen bring so much unnecessary harm to New Yorkers.
Kathy Hochul has DOUBLED DOWN on her punitive approach to COVID-19, only focusing on the latest mandates, threats, fines, and firings…
Instead, I’m going to put forward an approach where we work together - not pit New Yorkers against each other - and treat the people of this state as human beings rather than the Governor’s “apostles” as Hochul likes to call you.
2) I’m going to see to it that PARENTS - not the Government - are the ones who are in charge of their kids’ education and upbringing.
We don’t need to be giving kids an indoctrination instead of an education, and forcing them to study divisive curriculums like Critical Race Theory. And we don’t need to be canceling Gifted and Talented programs in the name of “equity,” either.
We should be focusing on setting our kids up for success, and making sure school stays IN PERSON after remote learning harmed them physically, mentally, emotionally, and developmentally.
3) Finally, I’m going to stand up for law enforcement and law-abiding New Yorkers - not criminals.
That means fighting to REPEAL cashless bail and the Less is Moronic Act, and REMOVING lawless DAs like Allen Bragg who do nothing as criminals take over Manhattan’s streets.
I’m going to make sure law enforcement has all the resources they need to keep us safe and STOP radical, left-wing efforts to Defund the Police.
These are just some of the many changes we’re going to make on my very first day in office to finally get this state on the right track.
