crisis is worsening, and here in California we’ve experienced oil spills
that shut down our beaches and pollute our waters, a longer and more
extreme fire season, and deadly heat waves. Across the country:

that have allowed fossil fuel companies to profit at the expense of
taxpayers, and create an independent agency to study and improve planning
