Virginia Democrats made voting rights a priority when they took back both houses of the General Assembly in 2019. They made no-excuse vote-by-mail permanent, authorized automatic voter registration, enacted same-day voter registration, expanded the voter identification law, and so much more.

But Republicans are back in control in the House of Delegates, and all of this hard work could be in peril if they follow the same voter suppression script Republicans in other states are following. It’s the reason Mark is working so hard to pass national voting rights legislation in Washington D.C. And he needs your help.
