DIABETES AWARENESS WORKSHOP

Thursday, November 14, 3:00 - 6:00PM at the Auburn Senior Community Center

Join the Auburn Recreation Department for a one day workshop to raise diabetes awareness in our community. FREE FOR ALL AGES!

• Glucose screenings for the first 75 attendees
• Vision and neuropathy screenings
• Educational pamphlets and a hands-on educator for living well with diabetes resources
• Healthy snacks for you to try and ideas to make at home

Auburn Recreation Program Demonstrations:

• Indoor Walking 3:00-5:00PM
• Pickleball 3:30-4:30PM
• Yoga 5:10-6:00PM
