CAGW is making a difference! Here’s how.

Dear John,

On Facebook Live today, January 19, 2022, Citizens Against Government Waste President Tom Schatz will host a conversation with Representative Jason Smith (R-Missouri).  The event will take place on Facebook Live at 1:30 p.m. EDT

Since 2013, Congressman Jason Smith has represented Missouri’s 8th congressional district.  He currently serves as the ranking member of the House Budget Committee and is a member of the House Ways and Means Committee.  Congressman Smith was a CCAGW Taxpayer Superhero with a perfect 100 percent vote rating in 2020 and has a lifetime rating of 93.  He attended the University of Missouri and Oklahoma City University Law School, and prior to his election to Congress, practiced law and operated his family farm.

Tom and Rep. Smith will discuss the budget, earmarks, the cost of President Biden’s Build Back Better Act, and issues for the Budget Committee to consider in the next Congress.

To watch this live conversation, please go to www.facebook.com/CAGW. The event will also be archived on our Facebook page if you are unable to view it live.

We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Paul Sullivan
