Today, the federal government will begin distributing rapid COVID-19 tests to every American home that requests them. You can now order four free tests per residential address at covidtests.gov.

Remember:

• Requests are limited to one per residential address (including U.S. Territories and overseas military and diplomatic addresses).
• One order includes four individual, FDA-authorized rapid antigen COVID-19 tests.
• Orders will ship free starting in late January.
• You will only be asked for your name and address. No ID, credit card, health insurance information or proof of citizenship or legal status is required.
