Jack, the Senate is back to consider the Freedom to Vote: John Lewis Act—and once again, it comes down to Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema.
With Republicans hell-bent on attacking our freedom to vote, Senate Democrats must be willing to change the Senate rules to break a filibuster. And to break this impasse, we need to connect Arizona and West Virginia constituents to call these senators and demand change.
Common Cause is organizing nightly phonebanks with partner organizations, so you can get involved. You will get a training session on Zoom, and then be connected with folks in Arizona & West Virginia—helping to amplify their voice for the freedom to vote.

This weekend, thousands marched across the country—in Arizona, West Virginia and other states—for the Freedom to Vote: John Lewis Act. Our message was clear: our freedom to vote matters more than an archaic Senate rule that prevents the majority from passing laws.
I know how frustrating it can be, if you don't live in a state that has a target senator—but it's important to have Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema hear directly from constituents. That's why Common Cause has set up this easy way for you to call constituents who live in Arizona and West Virginia, and urge them to take action to speak up for our freedom to vote.
