Team: During Donald Trump’s presidency, Dr. Anthony Fauci – Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases – consistently called on the Trump Administration to do more to combat the spread of the coronavirus. Since then, Republicans have done everything in their power to smear, threaten, and even attempt to FIRE Dr. Fauci.
In their latest tear-down efforts, Kansas Republican Roger Marshall falsely claimed last week that Dr. Fauci’s financial records weren't open to the public.
So Dr. Fauci fired back, calling him a “ moron .”
Dr. Fauci has been an indispensable resource and voice of reason during the pandemic – especially during the Trump years. So treasonous Republicans like Ted Cruz, Roger Marshall, and Ron Johnson are going all-in to tear down his reputation.
