| Friends, Governor Ned Lamont is absolutely failing the good people of Connecticut. His complete lack of preparation for COVID and misguided policy actions are actively hurting us.
We deserve better than sweeping authoritarian actions, grandstanding press conferences, handshakes, and backroom deals. Over the holidays, Ned Lamont failed to procure thousands of at-home COVID test kits. He never confirmed that the kits were on their way and he never even had a contract to buy them in the first place. The National Guard was even called up to assist in an imaginary distribution. It’s an enormous failure - and it’s all King Ned’s fault.
