Our democracy is in a 911 state of emergency – and we're running out of time to save it. That's why President Biden and Vice President Harris are calling on Democrats across the country to speak out now: If you agree that we need to fight back against GOP-led voter suppression and protect the sacred right to vote, will you please sign my petition by midnight?

Here's the ugly truth: The GOP is launching the most coordinated attack on voting rights since the Jim Crow era. Last year, Republican lawmakers pushed over 440 bills with voter suppression provisions across the country – including one that was signed into law right here in Georgia. And now, Mitch McConnell and his allies in Washington have made it clear they intend to block all of our pro-democracy efforts in the Senate. 

Protecting our sacred right to vote is the most important thing this Congress can do, and I refuse to sit idly by. If the Senate can change its rules to fix the debt ceiling – like it just did last month – it must do the same to save our democracy.

With this critical election year officially here, President Biden, Vice President Harris, and I are all in to protect voting rights – but we need to know you're with us, friend. I've set a personal goal to collect 25,000 signatures to my new petition by 11:59 p.m. tonight, but I'm missing your name.
