To start the new year, Waterkeeper Alliance set out to share simple and smart ways to take care of all of our members and supporters. We know that with the challenges of the past few years, it should no longer be about making resolutions, but being adaptable to the moment, appreciating the simple things, and finding grace in living and giving.

That’s why recently, our wonderful new Development Director Katie told you about FreeWill, a free, online, resource that guides you through the process of creating a will in 20 minutes or less.

A will is one of the most important documents you can set in place for your future because it helps you:
* Make lasting plans for your loved ones, including pets
* Identify beneficiaries for all of your assets
* Support clean water for communities around the world by leaving a bequest to Waterkeeper Alliance
* Support the causes and institutions that you care for the most
