After four years, we are so excited to share that we'll be back to show California some love by bringing our Ready to Lead: National Women's Training to the Golden State! This special training for women only will now be held in San Francisco on March 11th-13th.

But that's not all!

To celebrate our incredible California alumni and return to the state, on January 25th at 6:30pm PT, we're hosting an all-virtual alumni and partner mixer! We'll have plenty of catching up to do, good music, and great friends — will we see you there? RSVP today to save your spot!

Not an alum yet? No worries! We have something for you, too. On February 1st at 5pm PT, we'll host a Ready to Lead: National Women's Training info session to answer all of your questions about this signature training! Whether you want to recommend someone for the National Women's Training, have questions about our COVID-19 safety protocols, or want to know more about our curriculum, this is a great chance to meet fellow future NALpistas and ask whatever questions you have about how to take the next steps in your leadership journey.

From school boards and city councils all the way to Congress, the last several years have underscored the need for elected leaders who understand our experiences, our communities, and our vision for an inclusive democracy. We need to make sure that all of us — especially New Americans, BIPOC, and women —  are at the table when decisions are made. Whatever event you join us at, we are here to help you own your power and potential in our democracy.
