The Columbus Field Division serves the entire State of Ohio, as well as the Southern Judicial District of Indiana (with the exception of eight southern Indiana counties). Our workforce is comprised of special agents, industry operations investigators, explosives detection canines and their special agent handlers; special agent certified fire investigators (CFI), experts in fire investigation and cause and origin; special agent certified explosives specialists; explosives enforcement officers; division counsel; and forensic auditors. We encourage all residents to get involved and assist us in our goal of reducing crime in our neighborhoods by anonymously submitting information through our new ATF Tips app (Android and iOS), visiting the reportit website, submitting an anonymous form, or by reaching out to your local field office.
