While no one can promise to put an end to bad weather-driven traffic jams, the bipartisan infrastructure package will help shorten commute times and make our infrastructure more resilient in the face of extreme weather -- and that’s not all.

The bill dedicates resources to:

• Fixing and upgrading our aging roads, bridges, airports, and buses
• Making our infrastructure more climate-resilient
• Shortening commute times
• Expanding broadband access
• Investing in electric vehicle infrastructure
• Securing access to clean drinking water
• Creating jobs
