* Letters to Estée Lauder: On Tuesday, CfA sent letters to Estée Lauder informing the company of an employee’s inappropriate use of the company’s name in her role as the board chair of Obria Medical Clinics of Southern California, an anti-choice religious ministry masquerading as a healthcare group, and requesting that the company discipline the employee accordingly. (Press Release ([link removed]) , Letters ([link removed]) )
* Ethics Complaint Against Florida State Rep. Scott Plakon: On Monday, CfA called on the Florida Commission on Ethics to investigate whether Florida State Representative David Scott Plakon violated the Florida Constitution and state ethics laws by failing to properly disclose information about his myriad business interests on his personal financial disclosure forms. (Press Release ([link removed]) , Complaint ([link removed]) )
* New Documents Released in CfA's #FOIAFriday Thread: Today, as part of CfA's most recent #FOIAFriday tweet thread on Twitter, CfA released new documents that were obtained via a FOIA request to the Federal Election Commission (FEC). ------------------------------------------------------------

* Donate to CfA: Last year, CfA filed three ethics complaints against Congressman Devin Nunes documenting his deplorable conduct. Now he's filed a frivolous lawsuit against us to deflect attention away from his ethical lapses. Please donate to CfA and help us fight back!
