explanation? I know this may be weighing on your mind lately.

One week ago, we officially launched our All-in For Iowa Fund. It came on
the heels of making some tough, but critical decisions to readjust our
staff, resources, and strategy in order to compete hard in the Iowa
caucuses. Since then, thousands of you have stepped up in a big way to
power us forward.

I wanted to tell you why it’s so important that our team is planting
deeper roots in Iowa. It’s complex but it boils down to momentum.

Iowa is the first state to hold caucuses in the country. This is the
moment to see if our mission to spread our message is powerful enough to
empower folks to transform our country for the people.

It’s not the polls or the pundits sharing their opinion on debate
performance -- it’s what the Iowa caucus-goers decide that will lay the
groundwork toward our Democratic nominee.

Our campaign needs to compete hard, outpace our opponents, and carry our
momentum into the rest of the key early states and beyond. To do that, it
will take reaching the 29% of undecided Iowa voters and more than half of
the people who could change their mind before the caucuses begin.
