Today, we honor the legacy of the great Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The Civil Rights leader fought to end racial inequality, end segregation, and usher in a brighter future for our nation with his unwavering commitment to justice.

His powerful work led us out of a dark chapter in our nation’s history and continues to resonate today as we fight for our nation’s promise of “liberty and justice for all.”

I’m reflecting on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s significant contributions to racial equity and civil rights as well as how each of us can carry the torch of his legacy by championing equality and challenging injustice at every turn.
