Democrats had some MAJOR victories on Tuesday, and that was in no small part due to the groundswell of grassroots support in communities across the country. In Virginia, we FLIPPED both chambers of the legislature -- and in Kentucky, Democrats showed UP to unseat the GOP governor of Mitch McConnell’s home state. It’s a sure sign that Democrats could finally oust Mitch in 2020.
These sweeping victories paired with the ongoing impeachment investigation have Republicans running scared. And if Democrats can continue to organize and support progressive candidates across the country, we can put an end to GOP control.
