Wow. Together, we've raised £13,800 (!!!) to make protecting our NHS from a Trump trade deal by ending privatisation a major issue in this election.

That means an additional £10,000 will also be matched by very generous donors and will go to our dedicated campaign partners Keep Our NHS Public ([link removed]) !

And it means we’ve got a bigger sum than we expected to hit this with everything we’ve got.

Let’s do this.

On Monday 25^th November we’ll organise a national stunt, inviting Boris Johnson to take the NHS off an actual table, held by a pretend Donald Trump. This is likely to be in Westminster and we’d love you to join us if you can. You can RSVP here if you're on Facebook! ([link removed])

This event will kick off a week of action from Monday 25^th November – Sunday 1^st December. We’re now asking Keep Our NHS Public local groups if they can carry out actions in key marginal constituencies around the country and persuade MPs and election candidates to sign the pledge to protect our NHS.

We’ll be in touch again soon to see if you’re up for action in your local area, and if you are, we’ll link you up with others to make it happen. You could play a key role in persuading your candidates to sign the pledge – and praising them if they have.

You’ve probably noticed that the NHS and trade is already in the news all the time!

THIS IS THE MOMENT.

Two days ago, we learned through a leaked memo in the Guardian that Tories are getting jumpy about our pledge ([link removed]) . Candidates have been told NOT to sign it! This shows the impact your emails are having already.

This morning the SNP committed to introducing an NHS Protection Bill to make sure the NHS is not for sale in a Tory Trump trade deal. Here's Philippa Whitford, their health spokesperson, explaining why she supports our campaign. ([link removed])
