After making history and becoming the first Black senator from Georgia in a special election, we knew the GOP was going to do everything in its power to take back Senator Raphael Warnock’s seat in 2022.

 

And given Trump’s grip on the GOP, it’s not surprising that their chosen candidate is Herschel Walker, a Trump loyalist who, like the former president, continues to spread lies about election fraud and COVID-19 “cures.”

 

Yet despite all of this, Herschel Walker is raising TONS of money in his bid to unseat Senator Warnock. $3.7 million in the first five weeks after his announcement late last year to be exact.
