Over the past year, I have been humbled by the outpouring of encouragement and support from each and every person who helped make this campaign a success. Your hard work and commitment were invaluable.

To the volunteers who knocked on thousands of doors, our tireless phone bankers who spent hours contacting voters, and the tens of thousands of Indianapolis residents who came out on Tuesday to have their voices heard at the polls: thank you.

Indianapolis is truly a special place. We are a community where people care about lifting each other up - and we have more work to do, together.
