Last night, Donald Trump sent a message we cannot ignore.
Trump started his Arizona rally last night with a call to defeat Mark Kelly. He called Mark a “radical.” He said he had to be fired. He came back later in the speech to attack Mark at length for several minutes. It's clear now that beating Mark is a top priority for him, and for his supporters.
So what does that mean for us?
It probably means more attack ads. It means more attacks and disinformation on social media. It means more far-right big money against Mark.
It means Mark’s re-election just got that much harder — and this was already a razor-close race.
It also means Mark needs your help. One day — everything we have. It means the maximum collective response to say we will defend Mark from these attacks, and we will defend Arizona’s seat. Together.
