Out of just a handful of seats that Cook Political considers to be Toss Ups, three of them are now NewDems: Cindy Axne, Elissa Slotkin, and Elaine Luria.

Being given Toss Up status means that these re-election challenges will be the most competitive in the country – and either party could win the seat in the midterms.
