Friend, Doug Jones needs our help.
Jeff Sessions just announced that he's running for the Senate in 2020. Sessions is one of the reasons Washington is so dysfunctional right now. And we can't have him in the Senate.
Putting extreme right-wing Senate candidates on the ballot in 2020 is all a part of the Republicans' plan. The Washington Post has reported that part of the Republicans' strategy to hold their Senate majority is to try to flip Alabama and Minnesota.
Both Doug and I are facing extreme right-wing opponents, which puts our seats in jeopardy in this election.
We do not want Jeff Sessions or Jason Lewis or another polarizing figure in Washington — we need people that are ready to come together. That's why we need to do everything we can to keep Sessions and Lewis out.
We need to come together to stand up for our progressive values and move our country forward. Chip in $10 now and we'll split your donation between both of our campaigns.

This election is about more than just one seat. It's about how we're putting everything we've got into flipping the Senate to protect health care, save the Supreme Court, and address the climate change crisis.
If Doug Jones and I can hold our Senate seats, then we can take back the Senate in 2020. But in order to do that, we need everyone to come together and stand up to our Republican opponents. Will you join us?
Chip in $10 now and let's save the Senate.
Thanks for your help,
Tina
U.S. Senator Tina Smith is running for re-election in 2020 in a race NBC News has already labeled a “race to watch” with Donald Trump targeting Minnesota for victory. Make sure she has the resources to fight back.
