Hello,
Fundraising is the worst part of running for elected office. But if we’re going to go up against Chuck Grassley and Mitch McConnell’s Super PACs and actually win, I need grassroots donors like you in this fight with me.
There are just 6 hours until the first mid-month deadline of 2022 and our campaign to defeat Chuck Grassley and turn Iowa blue. But with time running out, my team just let me know that we’re still short of our $100,000 goal and what we need to win and protect our Democratic Senate majority.
I’m emailing to personally ask: Can I count on you to give $5 or more right now – whatever you can afford before our deadline at midnight tonight – to help me defeat Chuck Grassley and protect our Senate majority? [[link removed]]
The stakes could not be higher. Our campaign in Iowa will likely determine who controls the Senate for the next two years. That means combatting the assault on democracy and voting rights, addressing the climate crisis, reining in Wall Street, and taking on Big Pharma… it’s all on the line.
The only way we’ll win, though, is if we hit every fundraising goal. I’m not taking Corporate PAC money, so I’m counting on grassroots donors like you giving now.
Please, will you make a donation to my campaign now – before our mid-month deadline at midnight – to help me defeat Chuck Grassley, turn Iowa blue, and protect our Senate majority? [[link removed]]

When we win in November, it’ll be because of donors like you chipping in what they can, when they can.
