Africa & Europe
Pray for the IJM Romania team this week as they have a number of significant meetings with partners to collaborate on cases and strategies to address cross-border trafficking. Pray for safety for the staff that will travel for these meetings, and for strong relationships that will facilitate good care and protection for victims of trafficking in Europe.
Latin America
Join the Latin America region in prayer for the recruitment and filling of key positions. The region is trusting the Lord for highly skilled and humble leaders to fill several open positions on the Latin America regional team. Pray that the recruitment process would be smooth and that the Lord would lead the right candidates to say yes to the call to join the mission.
South Asia
Please pray for several bonded labor cases that are stuck or delayed in court. Local judges always deal with a huge backlog of cases, and the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed them even more. This makes it hard to maintain momentum on key cases and ensure judges understand the severity of modern slavery. IJM had two cases posted for judgment last week, but one has been postponed and one case was acquitted. Please pray for our teams as they strategize on these delayed cases and that justice would ultimately be served.
Southeast Asia
Please pray for our Prosecution Development Teams in the Philippines as they are developing a Prosecuting Online Sexual Exploitation Deep Dive Training. This two-day training will focus on the importance and practice of videotaped in-depth interviews and how to maximize financial evidence in cases of Online Sexual Exploitation of Children. Pray our lawyers are able to develop strong content that will support front-line workers directly involved in cases.
IJM Global Office & Partners
IJM global office is located in the United States. IJM has Partner Offices in Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, South Korea, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Please join us in praying for IJM’s partnership with a major grant provider. IJM was invited to submit applications to fund new projects in Southeast Asia, and we would love prayers that these projects would be approved. Praise the Lord for this amazing opportunity and collaboration.
