This work is more important than ever before. The earnings of the richest 1% have skyrocketed in the wake of the Trump tax cuts and the GOP’s refusal to act on policies that would lift up the middle and working classes.
Together, we can fix the mess Trump and his allies have made of our economy. We’re fighting to protect and expand the Democratic majority in 2022 and continue the important work Democrats are already doing in Congress ↘️
Democrats in Congress have already passed a bill to raise the minimum wage, which has the potential to bring almost 5 million Americans out of poverty.
We’ve passed legislation to strengthen health care and lower prescription drug prices for millions of Americans.
And the Biden Administration’s infrastructure and jobs bill is creating millions of new jobs and ensuring our communities are safe, healthy, and resilient for future generations.
