At Hunger Free America, we commemorate Dr. King's legacy with our annual Serve-A-Thon, which begins today and takes place through Monday, January 17th.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is the only federal holiday designated as a national day of service to encourage all Americans to volunteer to improve their communities. This year our 2022 Serve-A-Thon will will feature both in person and remote service activities, as well as virtual learning workshops, with a focus on the hunger struggles people throughout the country face.
