Trump’s hand-picked former Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, just announced a run for U.S. Senate against my friend, Doug Jones.

Here’s the truth: we cannot afford to lose this race if we’re going to take back the Senate in 2020.

McConnell’s allies are already pouring money into this race and recruiting right-wing big wigs like Sessions and Roy Moore to unseat Doug.

But Doug is leading every single one of his opponents in the polls right now and if we come together as one grassroots team, Sessions doesn't have a chance.
