BREAKING: The Supreme Court BLOCKED Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate on businesses.

This is excellent news but the fight isn’t over. The Supreme Court upheld Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate on health care workers, which I believe is flagrantly unconstitutional.

I’ve fought back against this vaccine mandate from the beginning.

I introduced the Prevent Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandates for Interstate Commerce Act, which would prohibit the federal government from requiring vaccine passports on planes or trains.

I pushed back on Department of Defense leadership punishing our service members who choose not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.

And I helped introduce legislation for Congressional disapproval of Biden’s vaccine mandate, making clear that this mandate will have no force or effect.

But I need your help to end this mandate for good.

The opposition to your mandate is bipartisan and the Supreme Court just confirmed what we already knew: your vaccine mandate is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

We can’t stop fighting until every part of this unconstitutional mandate is thrown into the garbage heap of history where it belongs.
