Late yesterday we learned that as Rashida prepares to run in Michigan’s newly drawn 12th district, she will face at least one opponent in her Democratic primary.
We know this will not be an easy race. The district is larger and has new communities who need to hear about Rashida’s work. In order to reach more people and continue our efforts in Congress for racial, economic, and environmental justice―and to hold greedy, polluting corporations accountable―we’re building a campaign to meet people where they are through door-knocking, phone calls, texts, ads, and more.

Throughout the pandemic, Rashida has made sure her constituents have the resources they need.
