John,

We won. The Constitution won.

Yesterday afternoon, the Supreme Court issued an emergency stay blocking President Biden's "vaccine mandate" power grab, delivering a significant constitutional victory for our client, as well as employers and employees all across the country.

The Supreme Court's 6-3 opinion very closely tracks the briefs we filed in this case, driving home the point that President Biden's vaccine mandate clearly oversteps regulatory, congressional, and constitutional authority.

The Court's ruling, upholding our client's rights, is a resounding victory for the Constitution and 84 million U.S. workers.

While we have now defeated this egregious unconstitutional overreach by President Biden, we cannot rest. We MUST work to stop the Biden Administration and the Left's attempts to seize unconstitutional power at every turn.

Sen. Schumer and Speaker Pelosi have already just unleashed a scheme of parliamentary shell games to FORCE a vote on one of the most dangerous pieces of legislation we've ever seen. And it's going down this weekend.

It would eviscerate the integrity of our elections and enshrine into law everything that went wrong with the 2020 elections.

We're mobilizing to defeat it in the Senate and challenge it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. But we need YOU today.
