Recently, Joe Biden made a statement that COVID-19 should be solved at the state level. Well if that's the case, he should immediately withdraw his unconstitutional vaccine mandates.




And yesterday's SCOTUS ruling on OSHA is a victory for the rule of law, federalism, and the Constitution. South Carolina employers can breathe a little easier knowing that President Biden and the Democrat's radical agenda and illegal OSHA mandate has been exposed and disposed.

President Biden's three major vaccine mandates have been stopped by federal courts. I promised I would fight these unconstitutional mandates; I have, and we are winning.

We promised we were going to fight unconstitutional vaccine mandates. And we did. We won all three.

I think a lot of people have very good reasons to get a vaccine and very good reasons not to be vaccinated. Putting mandates on our people is disruptive and counterproductive. John, do you agree?
