John,

With 12 candidates running for a chance to become the GOP nominee for governor, they are continuing to show how extreme they are as we enter into the election year.

Rather than offer Michiganders clear plans to improve our infrastructure, keep our economic recovery strong, and fight for working families, these gubernatorial candidates have dangerous agendas and wrong-for-Michigan ideas.

While the 12 candidates continue to fight over who is the most extreme, Gretchen Whitmer has been hard at work putting Michigan first.

- She is creating good-paying jobs and keeping Michigan’s economy humming;
- She is standing strong against attacks on the right to choose;
- She is putting our children first by signing a historic investment in K-12 education, without raising taxes.

But all of our progress could be lost if we don’t pick up the pace now. Michigan is a swing state, and this race is a tossup -- which means we need to show that we have what it takes to win in 2022.

We’re aiming to raise $150,000 online this month by January 31 to show that we’re ready to win. Rush a contribution today to help us take on the extremists and keep Michigan moving forward.
