Today, in a 6-3 decision, The U.S. Supreme Court halted ([link removed]) Joe Biden’s unconstitutional OSHA vaccine mandate for private businesses.

I am pleased to report that the Republican National Committee has been hard at work in their efforts to defend workers and businesses from Joe Biden's dictatorial actions having filed one of the lawsuits challenging this mandate!
Here in Hawai'i, we are also hard at work to put more Republicans into our legislature in 2022 to help combat unconstitutional mandates imposed by our local government.
We should all be encouraged by this ruling to continue to fight hard for our freedoms in Hawai'i by electing Republicans to office in 2022!

RNC VICTORY POINTS
* The RNC is proud to have filed one of the lawsuits challenging this mandate and are encouraged by this ruling.
+ However, the fight is not over – the RNC will continue our efforts to defend workers and businesses from Joe Biden’s dictatorial actions.
* Joe Biden built his presidency on the lie that he would “shut down the virus ([link removed]) .”
+ As new cases reach record highs ([link removed]) , hospitalizations ([link removed]) spike, and tests are in short supply ([link removed]) around the nation, the American people are seeing the truth – Joe Biden is a failed president.
* President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed handed Biden vaccines developed in record time – Biden also received a robust distribution plan, innovative treatments, medical equipment, and an ever-growing testing capacity, yet Biden still managed to fail.
* In far-left cities across the nation like Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C., Democrat mayors have enacted vaccine mandates that will crush the liberties of their residents, segregating the unvaccinated, even those who possess natural immunity, from participation in public life. Black residents are disproportionately impacted:
+ In Chicago, 50% ([link removed]) of Black residents are essentially banned from restaurants, bars, and gyms.
+ In New York City, 47% ([link removed]) of Black residents are essentially banned from restaurants, bars, and gyms.
+ In Los Angeles, 48% ([link removed]) of Black residents are essentially banned from restaurants, bars, and gyms.
+ In Washington, D.C., as many as 51% ([link removed]) of Black residents will essentially be banned from indoor venues when the vaccine mandate goes into effect on January 15^th.
* The New York Times ([link removed]) debunked the justification behind Democrats’ draconian vaccine mandates, finding in an analysis that, “[i]n most locations, the number of adults with at least one shot grew at a slower pace after states and cities announced mandates than it did nationwide in the same time periods.”
* As Biden’s failures stack up, it’s no surprise his approval rating has cratered to just ([link removed]) 33% in the latest Quinnipiac poll.
+ The same poll found just 28% of Hispanics approve of Joe Biden.
+ Among independents, Biden is fairing even worse: just 25% approve.
* Biden is a failed president who has only succeeded in dividing the American people – we will hold him and his party accountable in November.
