Voting rights is too important to let Kyrsten Sinema block it from passing.
President Biden wants to end the filibuster to pass a voting rights bill. Most Americans agree. And most Senate Democrats do too. A loud public outcry can change the conversation in Congress and show our leaders we won't accept inaction. Make sure your Representative and Senators hear us loud and clear: they must do everything in their power to protect our right to vote!
The Freedom to Vote Act will make it easier – not harder – for more Americans to exercise their right to vote. It'll make Election Day a federal holiday, protect vote-by-mail, allow early voting in all 50 states, and more.
Trump and his Republican allies oppose this bill because it puts political power in the hands of everyday people, instead of just the far right base.
We don't have a lot of time before the Senate votes on this bill, that's why it's crucial to act now to do all we can to protect voting rights and our elections.
It's not an exaggeration to say our democracy is at stake. Now is the time to make it clear to Sinema and every other Senator that voting rights must pass now. That's why we need Congress and President Biden to end the filibuster and pass the Freedom to Vote Act.
