Did you know that unlike all federal judges,
Supreme Court justices are not required to follow a code of
ethics? They should be required to follow the same standards that
apply to all other federal judges.

That’s why I introduced legislation to create a
SCOTUS code of ethics, and require them to follow common-sense
rules like everyone else. Chief Justice Roberts has admitted that
there is a need for greater judicial reform, but he’s convinced
that they can self-police themselves.

Frankly, self-policing hasn’t worked, which is
why I’m taking action.

What do you think? Can the judicial branch
self-police itself, or should Congress step in to hold them to
the same standard as all other judges.
