The old playbook in North Carolina hasn’t worked. It’s why when we launched this campaign we said that we had to try something different.

We want this campaign to be personal, people-focused and people-powered. That’s the only way we can win.

A lot of pundits will tell you the midterms are going to be tough for Democrats, but they’ve never seen a campaign like the one we’re building down here in North Carolina.

Cheri became a judge and later Chief Justice because she was driven by a commitment to public service. Along the way, she won statewide twice and made history while fighting for all of us.

Now she’s ready to fight tooth and nail against any bullies or special interests that try to stand in the way of what is good for our families by working to create good jobs with fair wages, taking aggressive climate action and protecting voting rights.
