Duty to Serve: Shared Equity Homeownership Program Certification

Grounded Solutions Network has partnered with Fannie Mae to offer a short application for homeownership programs to certify that they meet the Duty to Serve (DTS) rule’s definition of shared equity homeownership, with the goal of creating more lending options for shared equity homebuyers. The application can take as few as 10 minutes to complete and could save your team hours of back and forth with individual lenders.
