Ward 5 Endorsement Town Hall: 1/20, 7:30 pm

Hi John,
It’s 2022 and you know what that means - it’s election year in DC again! As we’ve seen time and time again, local policymakers make a HUGE difference in issues we care about - from encampment evictions to MPD’s budget to environmental justice. Our endorsement process is an important way for us to get to know the candidates in the (many) races that are coming up and decide who we want to support with people and political power!

Our first endorsement town hall ([link removed]) for Ward 5 will be on January 20th at 7:30pm with three amazing candidates: Gordon Fletcher, Faith Gibson Hubbard, and Zachary Parker!

We’re looking for a candidate that recognizes we need radical changes to our housing, public safety, and transportation, as well as a Green New Deal for DC. Our strong grassroots program is prepared to help one candidate with all the aspects of campaigning. The question is — who will that be? JOIN US TO FIND OUT!!
