Like us, most Heifer families begin each new year with a list of goals to strive toward. While looking at my own list of goals, I can't help but think how much it would mean to Heifer families if you shared a message of strength and motivation to help them reach theirs.

That is why I am inviting you to send these hardworking Heifer families a message of inspiration today. Your words, reaching across the world, will let these families know that they are not alone — that you see their hard work and that you believe in them. It warms their hearts to know that there are people rooting for their success.

Your words of support will give Heifer families the motivation they need to continue the work of realizing a brighter future.

When a mother breathes a sigh of relief that she is finally able to feed her children three meals a day, I know you do, too. When a father can finally look proudly on as his children go to school each day, I know you feel pride right alongside him. When children can happily laugh and play instead of working in the field or suffering from hunger, I know you feel their joy.
