Panelists will include Rupa Kanapathipillai, infectious disease specialist for MSF-USA, Richard Murphy, former MSF-USA infectious disease specialist and current professor at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, and Nada Malou, MSF microbiology advisor. Betsy McKay, senior writer for the Wall Street Journal, will moderate the discussion.
