John,

One of the most important cases in America, O’Handley v. Padilla, is headed to
the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

And quite frankly, I say this respectfully, but I think the district court
plainly just got it wrong.

No way is it constitutional for government bureaucrats to leverage their
authority to censor their political opponents.

No way is it constitutional for “Big Tech” and “Big Government” to collude to
deprive Americans’ their Free Speech.

You may know the story by now: Rogan O’Handley is a conservative commentator
who dared to question the prevailing narrative from the mainstream media
regarding the integrity of the 2020 presidential election.

California’s Office of Election Cybersecurity stepped in to demand that
Twitter remove Rogan’s posts. This resulted in Rogan being permanently removed
from the platform.

I’m emailing you today because we need your help to ensure that the fight
doesn’t end here. Would you make a tax-deductible gift of $35 or more today?

Since we filed this case, “Big Tech” censorship has only gotten worse.

More and more conservative commentators are being banned from Facebook,
Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.

Matt Walsh, one of the most popular conservative commentators in the country,
was suspended from Twitter for this tweet:

Marjorie Taylor Greene was permabanned from Twitter for this tweet:

“Before Covid, Reported deaths from vaccines were taken seriously and
dangerous vaccines were stopped. After Covid, extremely high amount of covid
vaccine deaths are ignored and government forced vaccine mandates increase.”

You see, John, nowadays, merely disagreeing with the “approved narrative” is
enough to get you banned…

That is why our case, O’Handley v. Padilla, is so important.

We have to protect your right to disagree with the government…your right to
disagree with the “Big Tech” thought police.

And make no mistake, this next stage of litigation will be crucial.

With your help TODAY, we’ll take this case to the Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals.

This issue is far too important.

Because if we surrender, we’re giving up all hope to preserve the right to
Free Speech online...

That’s why we need you to make a one-time emergency donation. We have a
mountain of work ahead of us to file this appeal, and it’s not going to be
cheap. Will you rush in $35 RIGHT NOW so that we can strike back before it’s
too late?

John, thank you in advance for your support.

Thank you for standing with us.

Our right to Free Speech on social media depends upon it.

Sincerely,

Mark Trammell
