Dear John,
There are only SEVEN DAYS LEFT to submit your comment during the Biden Administration's 90-day public comment period on the proposed 20-year ban on copper mining in the watershed of the Boundary Waters.

This means that if the federal government decides it is not acceptable, a ban on mining in the watershed of the BWCA could be granted for 20 years!

Attend one of The U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management's upcoming public listening sessions as part of their process to collect public input on the proposed 20-year ban on copper mining on federal lands within the Boundary Waters watershed.

In order to speak, you must sign up: [link removed]] with the Bureau of Land Management and Forest Service and indicate you would like to be given an opportunity to speak. And, you must register 48 hours in advance if you want to speak.
Speakers will be chosen at random and notified 24 hours in advance if they have been chosen. You have no more than 3 minutes to speak and you will be cut off if you go past this allotted time. Speakers will be off video.
