On Sunday, I'll be at Stonehill College participating in the Massachusetts Climate Debate. I was inspired to challenge all the Senate candidates to a stand-alone climate debate after being inspired by the thousands of young people demanding action at the Climate Strike in Boston.

As the planet burns, seas rise, and storms devastate every corner of the country, you have the right to know how your U.S. Senate candidates will combat the climate crisis.

You know where I stand. We need a Green New Deal.

Reports from both the U.N. and 13 federal agencies paint a catastrophic picture if we do not act on climate change.

Facing our greatest planetary challenge, Donald Trump and the Republicans have chosen to do nothing.

Their inaction is criminal.

That's why I'm fighting every day to pass a Green New Deal and set our country on a course to combat the climate crisis.
