That’s right. In the last two years, millions of Americans went without affordable or accessible healthcare. Countless sole earners lost the job they needed to put food on the table. Parents struggled with balancing child care and working from home.

Meanwhile, the richest people in the world like Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk became richer than ever before.

This isn’t a broken system at work. It’s a rigged system built by corporate politicians working just as it was designed — to benefit those at the top while leaving the rest of us with crumbs.

I firmly believe our government should work for all of us, not just those at the top. Will you chip in any amount to help me unseat a politician who takes millions from profit-driven corporations and right-wing special interest groups?

My opponent, Raja Krishnamoorthi, isn’t just a part of our rigged system — he’s one of the top players. In just four years in Congress, he’s taken almost $2 million from corporations and special interests. That includes:

• $50,000 from defense contractors that profit from wars abroad.
• $60,000 from private utilities that profit from monopolizing our energy systems.
• $350,000 from private healthcare companies and Big Pharma that fight against universal healthcare.
• $400,000 from the financial sector, insurance companies, and real estate interests that rig our market to work for private profits, not our communities.

He’s built one of the largest war chests in Congress while also fighting against popular legislation like universal healthcare and canceling student debt.
