BREAKING: Biden Administration Making Lists of Religious Vaccine Objectors - A tiny administrative agency in the District of Columbia announced a new policy Tuesday that will likely serve as a model for a whole-of-government push to assemble lists of Americans who object on religious grounds to a COVID-19 vaccine. We’re starting to suspect that President Joe Biden is not keeping his promise to have the most transparent administration in history. What’s really going on with this announcement at this tiny agency? Likely, the Biden administration is using this it to stealth test a policy it intends to roll out across the whole government. Heritage Expert: Sarah Parshall Perry and GianCarlo Canaparo
Heritage Experts Fact Check Biden & Harris’ Lies About Elections, Voting Rights, Filibuster - President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris repeated numerous falsehoods about the election process and the filibuster Tuesday while pushing their anti-voter agenda in Georgia. These comments come as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer prepares to cast aside decades of Senate precedent and force changes to the filibuster in order to pass two unpopular and dangerous election bills, both of which failed to gain majority support in the Senate last year. Both bills would overturn state election laws that are critical to securing our elections, outlawing basic safeguards such as voter ID requirements while enabling practices like mass ballot trafficking. These bills would make it easier to cheat in U.S. elections and undermine confidence in the electoral process. Heritage Experts: Hans von Spakovsky and Thomas Jipping
It’s Illegal, Immoral, and Unconstitutional to Ration COVID-19 Treatments Based on Race - In New York and Minnesota, liberals are limiting COVID-19 treatments on the basis of race. And the federal agency that is supposed to base its work on rational, proven science, the Food and Drug Administration, has issued guidelines approving this noxious behavior. There’s no ambiguity in the law on this. And that makes the silence from U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, New York Attorney General Letitia James, and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison so disappointing. These government officials are failing in their duty to defend equal justice as liberal bureaucrats rewind history’s clock. If Garland, James, and Ellison truly believed in enforcing our laws against blatant racial discrimination, they would file suit immediately to prevent the reprehensible policies these two state governments are implementing and force the Food and Drug Administration to reverse its discriminatory guidelines. Otherwise, these policies will lead to the suffering and death of untreated COVID-19 patients solely due to their race. Heritage Expert: GianCarlo Canaparo and Hans von Spakovsky
High School Lesson Plans Tell California Students They’re Inherently Privileged if Male, Cisgender, White, Christian - A school district in La Quinta, California, said it is taking “corrective” action over ideological lecture materials that tell high school students they are inherently privileged if they are Christian, straight, or male. It is called the “Check Your Privilege” campaign which defines privilege as “unearned access to social power based on membership in a dominant social group.” Kenny Snell, a teacher in the school district and spokeswoman for Desert Sands Unified School District Recall, told The Daily Signal in an email that her school board recall organization considers any lesson based on “critical race theory pedagogies to be objectionable.” Heritage Expert: Mary Margaret Olohan
Joe Rogan Is the Media Figure America Needs Right Now - As citizens in a free an open society, it is important to have a platform where people as left as Sanders and as right as Ben Shapiro are both able to express their views. It is clear Rogan believes his job as an interviewer is to expose people to a myriad of ideas, and allow them to come to their own conclusions, contrasted with the views of many in the highest echelons of power that their role in society is to fight “misinformation” and censor wrongthink. As COVID-19 fades as the issue du jour, another polarizing problem will rise up to take its place. Inevitably, new battle lines will be drawn up as right and left stake their positions and jostle for the support of the American people. Heritage Expert: Douglas Blair
