You may have seen that over the weekend Ron Johnson announced that he’s breaking his two-term promise and running for reelection to the Senate.
Ron Johnson has repeatedly put his own interests ahead of working families in Wisconsin, and doesn’t deserve to return to Washington. We’ve been thinking about all the terrible choices he’s made as Senator, and it’s difficult to pick the worst.

His worst choice could be securing hundreds of millions of dollars in tax breaks for his biggest billionaire mega-donors and corporate backers — while opposing tax cuts for 36 million families. Maybe it’s his support for outsourcing Wisconsin jobs to China. Or it could be his continued spread of COVID-19 misinformation that has contributed to the deaths of millions.
It could be any of those, or one of the many other reasons we should replace Ron with a true leader like Gillian in November.
